Meet the Founder

Artis Davis grew up in seven springs NC spending many days in the tobacco fields helping his family. His father, a sharecropper, had many types of farm equipment that would sometimes break so Artis would have to take it to the local welding shop to be repaired. Artis was so intrigued watching him put the broken pieces back together by welding them. This is where it all began. Knowing that he could fuse together iron made Artis love the process enough to continue this work and begin his own family business. This passion has kept the Davis’s successfully in business since 1986!
